With a slogan like 'No Ramen No Life', you know they're talking serious business when it comes to their ramen. No matter which day, it's always buzzing with customers during dinner, take note, get in early and thank us later. Oh, they also have a chicken broth based ramen as well as the veggie shuyo ramen! So, whatever your palate desires, it's here! Ready for you to slurrrrrp away!
This gem hidden within Chinatown (Eating Street Food Court), is ranked as the top ramen place in Sydney. Their infamous pork ribs ramen is a must-try! Their broth is MSG-free and with one slurp you'll agree, that Gumshara is the place to be!
This new ramen joint ran by ex-chef of Raising Sun and Chef/Owner of Farmhouse, it's very poplar among the locals and the queue is getting longer by days. They got few ramen to choose from - pork broth with chashu , chicken paitan broth with chicken chashu, seafood broth with scallop silks and prawn balls, and a vegetarian ramen.
Another must try item is their prawn toast! It's divine.
Innovative Ramen & Bar, great ramen selections with creative cocktail and beverages. Must try their Duck RAMEN!
A sister company with RaRa Ramen, this place is an experience not to be missed! The cornerstone of this establishment is their Tsukemen (vegan options available), which is somewhat a deconstructed ramen where you dip the noodles in the broth, they also place a hot stone in the broth to keep it sizzling hot throughout your dippings.

Let me start by introducing you the powerhouse of Umami Doji, Chef Keji, who has made Umami Doji stand out from the rest with their signature Katsuo Ramen, which uses a Syphon to make their broth. Chef Keji brought this technique from his hometown in Tokyo's Bunkyo where brewing ramen stock using a coffee syphon became popular. With only 2 dedicated staff members running the place, they are often extremely busy, so please be patient, because the wait is totally worth it! Trust me!

Michelin Star instant noodle?! Yes, you read that right! This is known to be just that! It is beyond imaginable how something so instant tastes so so rich in flavour! First, make sure to pour the hot water on the noodles and wait until the noodles are slightly cooked then add the green and red sauce packets. Hard to find and with a cult following it's best to clean out the shelves(and keep it a secret) if you're lucky enough to stumble across some. Our secret stockist is Maruyu located on Kent Street, Sydney CBD. Now the secret's out, better HURRY!
A mind blowing 'make at home' ramen with Tom Yum flavours which is easy to make! Just a bit more fuss than an instant cup ramen, but worth it! Boil hot water over a stove and when boiling, add noodles and mix everything in, cook for at least 3-5mins and BAMM you have yourself a bowl of yum yum for your tum tum! You can get this from lots of Asian grocery stores such as Thaikee in Market City.
